MAGNOLIA here and I'm a 2 year old fawn boxer girl. I was found wandering around Houston and then they tried to find my owner. My humans were never found, so now I'm in rescue.
My foster Mom says that I am so sweet and that everyone loves me. I love to play, play, play. So much that she sometimes thinks I am a little puppy...even though I am two! She says I have lots of energy. I like other dogs, but do not care for cats or squirrels and love to chase them all over the yard...I have that HIGH prey drive.
As a young Boxer, I will have all of the Boxer traits. I will have a handsome square jaw and a general hunk with a great sense of humor and undying sweetness. Until we are 3, many of us Boxers are a bit silly as we love to play and joke around. Therefore, we are the dog breed that has the longest time in what we think of as puppyhood.
I will need exercise every day. So, take me for a walk or a run or throw that ball and once I have done my exercise, I'll be ready to sit back and relax and watch you cook dinner, clean the house, or pay the bills.
I will be a great companion as long as you provide me with the exercise and mental stimulation that I need each day.
