Carmela here...I'm a 1 1/2 year old, female Boxer girl. I came into rescue with my friend Louie. He and I were found wandering around Houston and a nice person picked us up and took us to the Houston Boxer Rescue folks. I was named after that woman on that Italian Mobster show. But, don't worry, I'm a very sweet girl...not sure if I have any Italian in me or not, but I know I love the smell of all Italian food.
I am a very sweet girl and I just LOVE everyone. I love dogs, I love all people but I am partial to those male creatures, cats, everyone! I'm a bit on the skinny side right now, so they are giving me lots of food so that I put some more weight on my bones.
Life in foster care is VERY good! My foster parents are in love with me already due in part to my playful, amusing, and goofy antics! Even though I am a party girl I havelearned I get the most attention when I sit still. So don't be surprised if I walk right up, sit right down, and wait for all the adoration you are willing to give! I am smart. I know 'sit' and 'down', and am adding more to my repertoire every day! I walk well on a leash but I'm still young enough to be curious about my surroundings. I am house trained and only lack a tiny bit of polish to be crate trained too. I know that is important stuff!

Transport Fee
Our basic transport fee is $300, occasionally this price could change. This fee is for transporting our boxers outside of Texas up North. We do not offer transport in Texas/Louisiana.
