Hi, my name is Vella. I am about two years old, but I act like a puppy. I am very high energy. I am very smart and very fit. I love to work out, run and play. I need a nice yard and a good fence. An apartment would not be good for me. I would like my new family to be home with me most of the time. I learn quickly. I love to eat and I love to be with my people. I do play a bit rough, so I need to either be an only dog or have a dog sibling that can tolerate rough play.
I love to go for long walks and runs. Exercise is the key to keeping me happy. I can jump really high so I’ll need a high fence. I can sit and shake, and I walk on a leash great. I love treats and balls. I am kennel trained. I am learning how to fetch. My foster mom is also teaching me how not to be afraid of things and how to trust more. Exercise - Vella is extremely active and has lots of energy. She will need a forever home that will exercise her daily. She is quite athletic. She loves to run, jump and play. She is extremely smart and learns quickly. She plays a bit rough, so we do not recommend small animals or small children.
