I'm Mahomes, named after that MVP Texan who now led the Kansas City Chiefs to glory. But, I'm here in the Houston area and ready to find a forever home. Right now, I'm living with a foster-mom, her boxer who looks somewhat like me, a Chihuahua with an attitude, and two cats who just walk by me. Too many girls, though - - I'm ready to Man-up!
I'm just a year old so I'm a pup and ready to live life it to its fullest. I have learned to sit and working on my other manners. I really like playing in the backyard and running around. I'm still working on fetching the ball, but if you have some "littles" I know they'd help me out. It's fun to get some exercise during the day, but, when my foster-mom says, "Kennel-up," I'm ready to get right in and rest; I may pout for a bit, but, after a circle or two, I'm ready to settle down for the night.
I really enjoy company and my foster mom has been great with helping me to cuddle up to those special hugs.
