My name is Optimus Prime, but you can call me OPTIMUS.  Just like my namesake the awe-inspiring leader of the Autobot forces, I’m an awesome guy, selfless and endlessly courageous, and always ready to protect and save the world! .... Well okay maybe in my dreams I save the world, but who knows if given half the chance what I could do right? 

I’m more than what my shelter kennel card said, I’m more than “just another 2 yr. old stray dog”.  I'm sure I didn’t start out that way, someone had to have loved me other than my mama. Somehow though I ended up in a shelter and Houston Boxer Rescue was kind enough to see my value and rescued me. Like they say, “what ever happened in the past is old news, it’s ok to turn the page now.” 
I'm in a great foster home now and my foster mom says I’m wonderful and very smart. I love to be around my people and I’m great with kids, but will go into my kennel when I need to. I also love to go outside and I even sit patiently at the door and wait for you to open it! I play great with all the other dogs too. When it’s time for a walk and I see that leash thing, WOW my inner bunny comes out and I jump like crazy with excitement! Foster mom says I need a little training on my leash but I’m getting there! I’m still a bit of a puppy so that means I need some help in some areas. I understand what no means and I’m learning all about house training and I’m doing pretty good, just keep your eye on me and you will see the “signs” that I need to go out. I love to snuggle and give lots of kisses.

  Transport Fee
 

Our basic transport fee is $300, occasionally this price could change. This fee is for transporting our boxers outside of Texas up North. We do not offer transport in Texas/Louisiana.
