CHOPPER here and I'm a 1 year old Boxer boy. I was dumped in a corridor of Houston that is popular for dumped dogs. Have you ever been dumped? And I don't mean like by someone you are dating. It is a total bummer. I was hot, thirsty, scared and didn't know what in the world I was going to do. Then, a woman in a car...drove up. She put out food and water..and then, she was going to get in that car...and drive away. I knew I had to take action!
I jumped in the car...she told me she was FULL and gently got me out of the car...she was going to drive away again! SO, I threw my whole body on the road in front of the car...blocking her path to exit. I knew the food and water were over there...but, I had to get in that car! She patiently moved me, but left the car door open, so I jumped in the car again. We did this dance MANY times before she gave up and took me HOME! Whew!!! There, she reached out to Boxer Rescue and here I am!!!!
