BESSIE here and I'm a 2 year old Boxer girl.  I was lost wandering the streets of Houston when a very nice human took me into their house.  they searched for weeks and weeks to find my owners, but no one every claimed me.  Given that they had several dogs of their own, they decided to reach out to rescue and here I am.

As a young Boxer girl, I will have all of the Boxer traits. Until we are 3, many of us Boxers are a bit silly as we love to play and joke around.  Therefore, we are the dog breed that has the longest time in what we think of as puppyhood.

I will need exercise every day.  So, take me for a walk or a run or throw that ball and once I have done my exercise, I'll be ready to sit back and relax and watch you cook dinner, clean the house, or pay the bills. 

I am what we call an ALL NATURAL girl in that I still have my tail.  I love my tail, especially since it is brindle and matches the rest of me. 

I get along with other dogs and I have met cats and really didn't pay any attention to them at all. In my foster home, there is another Boxer and I love to play with him all day long!  We run around, tug on a rope, and play ball.  I am crate trained and I'm almost potty trained!!  I'm very smart, so we are working on commands like SIT, COME, and responding well to my name.  I love to hang out with my humans and I give tons of Boxer kisses every day!

Transport Fee:

Our basic transport fee is $300 for boxers traveling outside of Texas to their new homes up North. This fee may vary occasionally. Note: Transport is not available within Texas or Louisiana.
