Hey ya'll, thanks for checking out Millie's profile. She is a young, sweet, fawn female living a better life now. We think she was used to breed at least one litter of pups then dumped when no longer needed. She was left outside of a shelter the day after Christmas and HBR was lucky to have been given the chance to save her. She was in bad shape when we got her, but she is getting better every day and has no major issues that can't be cured with some TLC and Food!! She lives with three other dogs, two large and one small; males and a female. She gets along with all dogs and even the neighbor's Chihuahua. She sometimes sleeps with our 7 yr old and is perfectly content to stay on the bed all night without incident. Millie is house and crate trained. While she is not a huge fan of the crate, she does settle after a few minutes and is learning it is a safe place. She does not know any commands, so we are working on "sit" for starters. Millie wants to be with the family but is content to just be in the same room and not on top of family members. She has the best Boxer wiggle and is just a joy to have around. We love that she is not needy and very chill. The neighborhood kids run in and out of our house after school and on weekends AND she is great with all of them. Currently, she needs to put on some weight but will still be on the smaller side when she does. We would love to see her in a forever home with a family that will continue to show her all the love and affection she deserves. Check her out if you think she is the Boxer you may want to add to your family!!
