Have you ever heard Johnny Mathis sing "Misty"? Well I'm just as soft and romantic as his voice, with a little jazz thrown in for spice! Do you have cats? That is no problem for me! They can be okay buds in a pinch! I think the neighbor's grandson is nice. Running the streets was no place for a good girl like me and I am so glad to be safe with people who care!

At first people don't notice I am a little shy. I avoid eye contact and walk around nonchalantly to let people and other dogs know I am not interested in causing trouble. I think some dogs in the past have taken advantage of me so now I am a little uncertain about letting dogs I meet, into 'my space'. I prefer to get to know them a little first so I can be sure they won't hurt me. We are working on learning to trust. My friend Jessica thinks I am very special. I haven't been special to anyone in a long time. Do you think I am special, too?
